Nicest people, tastiest coffee. You can tell how much love went into this environment and menu. The workers told me about the journey they went on to finally choose local beans from Claw Coffee in Scarborough. I am hooked. Thank you

The newest coffee spot in Portland opened by the couple who operate the art gallery in same building. This space also has plenty of art on display as well and is a nice and modern atmosphere. It does have minimal seating with just 10-12 bar seats available so get there early to guarantee a spot. They have all the drinks you would expect a coffee spot to have and you can add syrups to any of them as well. Good new spot to check out!

A fantastic artisan coffee shop. We have a cortado and mocha to drink and the cardamon bun complimented both drinks. Staff is warm and friendly and the owners art displays fun to admire.

We're visiting from Chicago and stopped over to try it out. As coffee enthusiasts, we love trying new places and so happy we walked in. It's a beautiful store, the service is great and the coffee was the best we've ever had. Chatted with the owner a bit and he was very welcoming and sweet. They also have dairy free Gelato. We highly recommend visiting Flat Iron Cafe!

I love having a coffee shop so close to work! Service is fast and reliable and the coffee and pastries are well made, but I wish the menu was a little more expansive. The baristas informed me they cannot do a half caf latte and I never see savory pastries, only sweet (though the savories might be sold out by the time I get there). Great quick stop and I’m very happy that there’s a coffee shop back in the space!

This little cafe was a great place to start a day in Portland. The atmosphere is super cute, and the red bean donuts have ruined all other donuts for me. So delicious! There was a decent amount of seating, indoors and outside, and comfortable space between the tables so you don’t feel like you’re sitting on top of anyone else. It was a little on the pricier side - like Starbucks pricing. The staff didn’t seem like they were super happy to be there, so maybe they should get paid more?

Highly recommend when in the area , great coffee spot in a cool unique building . It was our go to when staying at the Westin near by . Check it out when in Portland, you won’t regret it!

I like how they design this coffee shop. It’s like a mini art gallery/museum and a coffee shop at the same time. Coffee, pastries, and gelato is good too.
